MetaboSign
MetaboSign is a platform specialized in the analysis of bioenergetic signatures, diagnostics, and the development of new therapeutic molecules. It is equipped with a Seahorse XFe96 (Agilent) and possesses expertise in energy metabolism applied to fundamental and clinical research. It offers a variety of studies under normal or pathological conditions across a broad spectrum of models: immune cells (T lymphocytes, neutrophils, monocytes, NK cells) and glial cells (astrocytes, microglia), hIPS cells, fibroblasts, as well as small-animal models such as C. elegans and zebrafish, in vitro models (mice, rats), and analyses of large human cohorts. Under development since 2023, MetaboSign has established itself as a leader in the field of bioenergetics, particularly in the areas of immunometabolism and neurodevelopment.
