HumBO – Expertise
The HumBO platform has developed procedures and analysis tools to study in vitro the early stages of human neurogenesis. In particular, HumBO generates cortical progenitors and post-mitotic neurons in coated supports (in 2 Dimensions) or in the form of organoids (3 Dimensions) up to 4 months of development. HumBO also has the range of tools to fix organoids, cryo-preserve them in PBS/Sucrose, cold section them in histological sections and analyze them in immunohistochemistry and confocal microscopy.
