HumBO – Equipment
HumBO’s facilities are located at the Robert Debré Pediatric Hospital in Paris, in the NeuroDiderot laboratory of the Institute of Health and Medical Research (Inserm) and Paris Cité University.
HumBO has a dedicated area of 45m2 including 30m2 in Biosafety level 2 (Laboratory L2). The equipment includes 5 culture hoods (Type 2 safety cabinets), 6 CO2 incubators, 3 Leica and Olympus microscopes, including one equipped with camera and fluorescence, a Leica stereomicroscope binocular, 2 microcentrifuges and a nitrogen storage capacity of 20,000 vials.
