HumBO – Equipment

​HumBO’s facilities are located at the Robert Debré Pediatric Hospital in Paris, in the NeuroDiderot laboratory of the Institute of Health and Medical Research (Inserm) and Paris Cité University.

HumBO has a dedicated area of ​​45m2 including 30m2 in Biosafety level 2 (Laboratory L2). The equipment includes 5 culture hoods (Type 2 safety cabinets), 6 CO2 incubators, 3 Leica and Olympus microscopes, including one equipped with camera and fluorescence, a Leica stereomicroscope binocular, 2 microcentrifuges and a nitrogen storage capacity of 20,000 vials.
